I’m Destiny Lalane, fellow recruiter and founder of Recruiting School. Recruiting school offers recruiting training for recruiters by recruiters and embedded recruiting services. Passionate about early-stage startups, we’ve worked with YCombinator and Techstars backed companies like DrChrono, Ashby, Laudable and Propagate. But we’ve also worked with later stage companies like Affirm, Chainalysis, and subcontracted with FAANG companies to hire software engineering and go-to-market talent.
